(viii)    DCH may provide links to third party websites on its website.  This privacy policy does not apply to any third party websites and DCH does not take any responsibility for the privacy practices of any third parties.

(v)       Except as described in this privacy policy, DCH does not intentionally trade, sell, distribute, rent, or pass on any information about users without a court order.  DCH, however, is not responsible and shall not be liable for any hacking attempt that may lead to this information being compromised.
